1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
• Intimate or sanitary items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Processing

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• First, check your bank account again
• Then contact your credit card provider (if applicable)
• Then contact your bank (processing delays may occur)

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@gadgettrendystore.com with your order number and issue details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
